A Warm Bowl of Berryful Porridge for Breakfast

Porridge Can be Delicious

Plain porridge is boring to look at and even tastes boring! As soon as you add some berries and a little honey it instantly becomes tastier and moreish. This is a good breakfast for the day before your weekly shopping trip when you’re running out of food. The only ingredients you need are oats, milk, frozen berries and a bit of honey. Everyone has oats and if you don’t have any frozen berries you could use whatever fruit you’ve got leftover. A nice alternative would be banana or sliced apple.

This recipe only takes a few minutes to make and only needs a few ingredients. This is a great breakfast for kids too with the colourful berries and natural sweetness without needing to add sugar. This filling breakfast will easily take all of the family through to lunch without the need to snack.
